Congratulations Dr Brennan!

EDRG member Daniel Brennan was recently conferred his Doctor of Philosophy!

Dan’s work on the geological history of the Belt Basin Region of Western North America resulted in a number of high-impact articles and have made significant additions to the understanding of the regions’ involvment in supercontinents Nuna and Rodinia. Dan’s work set a very high standard for geoscience PhD work, and helped to make the team greater. It was a privilege to have had him as a member of the EDRG and we are sure that the Montana Bureau of Mines and Geology (where he now works) have an extraordinary asset.
